Comfort Keepers has been serving South Bend, St. Joseph County, and surrounding areas since 2001. Owners Al and Danielle cared for their parents when their parents aged and needed help. This experience motivated the couple to help others around them care for their loved ones. This resulted in Al and Danielle owning and operating Comfort Keepers of South Bend.
Al and Danielle live in the area. Al has been a resident of South bend for years, for nineteen of which he was District Manager of American Electric Power. Comfort Keepers works closely with Memorial Hospital, hospices like Center for Hospice, Heartland Hospice, Asera Care Hospice, and Harbor Light Hospice. We also work with skilled nursing homes like Great Lakes Caring, Interim Skilled Nursing, Total Home Health Services, and other independent and assisted living homes in the area.
Al and Danielle know that seniors in South Bend of often prefer to live at home as long as possible. In honor of this, we provide services that allow clients to remain independent. Housekeeping, transportation, bathing assistance, medication administration, and meal preparation are among these services.
Our Interactive Caregiving services allow us to provide in home care that ensures that clients engage with their communities. This kind of social engagement helps our clients live more active, happier lives.
